I was wondering, are there any oils at home that one can use on their hair that is similar to a hot oil treatment? I have jojoba that I apply a few times a week in tiny amounts, but I also heard sunflower oil is good too.. any suggestions?

Real oils are actually better than a "hot oil treatment", which actually doesn't contain real oil. Coconut oil, jojoba, sweet almond, grapeseed, flaxseed, and macadamia are all good oils to use. They are different "weights", so less macadamia should be used for example, but you can experiment for your hair type. Extra Virgin olive oil is lovely too.
