Hi ,

I jus got my hair straightened recently using wellastrate. I have black hair. I was told not to excercise for 48 hrs after the treatment and not to tie my hair etc. I workout five days a week for 45 min-1 hr. I wanna know how often should I wash my hair to keep it straight . also will the sweating during my workout reduce the life of my straightening.

What do you mean by "wellastrate"? Is that a salon or a home relaxer? If the former, what did they say? Washing hair once-twice a week is good enough, anymore unnecessary.

I think they just meant during the first week in order for the newly straightened bonds in ur hair to adjust, then u can go abt u business. Btw, i've heard abt that, did in leave ur hair in good condition?
