Alright.. my name is meghan, and im 14. Im going back to school in about a week, and i want to get my hair done differently. So, my original idea was to get side bangs, and have a razor taper on the ends of my hair. Now, my hair is naturally curly (not REALLY curly, but not straight either, so kinda wavy/curlyish)...and i have a very round face. I want to get my hair cut and layered with the side bangs and the razor taper a bit longer then my shoulders. (i know ill have to straighten it for it to look decent). My question is, do you think it will look ok?? and does anyone have any pictures of side bangs, or the style im talking about, so that i can bring them in to the hair dresser when i get it done? Below is a picture of me, tell me what you think. Also, if anyone has any suggestions as to what you think would look better would be appreciated too!! (pictures are even better!)

That's me..i REALLY need pictures of some nice side bangs (you know the type that kinda covers one eye? Thanks guys :) suggestions are welcome!

Hey,
I have a round face too, plus a small forehead. I got side bangs just 3 days ago, and they look SO good! I think side bangs would suit you, becuz you have a large forehead and the bangs would slim your face down.
Here is the haircut i have.

Long Shag

Who it works for: People who want rock star texture and style, but without the fuss. A little product and air-drying is all you need to style. This cut adds texture to fine hair and lightens thick hair.

Tell your hairstylist: The shortest layers should hit the bottom of your ears. Use scissors not a razor to leave ends feathery. Or just print out the picture and take it to a stylist.

Maintenance: Cut every 3 or 4 months though you may go about 7 months without ill effects.

it looks pretty good to me. I can tell you like it since you're smiling.
It suits you very well. It does look a little bit better now but it wasn't bad before. I think you made a nice choice. I hope you continue to like it.

Thanks for sharing with us.
