Date Posted: September 01 2005 at 12:46pm I have a questions about my mixed hair(dad is black, mom is asian and there's  me)  I have hair to my shoulders but naturally, its frizzie and curlie. In the past I get relaxers to control the frizzie but decided to investigate the Matrix cold-smoothing perm.  My last relaxer was 02/13/2004.  I soon found out that the Matrix would probally not work cuz my hair when wet is realy curly.  What I really want is the option of wearing my hair flat iron staight or relax waves/curls-without the afro when dried.  I really do not want to put curl activaters in it-i hate to oily feeling- I like the soft dry waves/curls.  Anybody with suggestions on perms-products?  Thanx Dottie ------------- Dottie
