I heard that if you brush your hair, the blood circulates and your hair grows faster..is this true?

I wouldn't recommend brushing the hair to invigorate the scalp but instead perhaps a nice scalp massage with the tips of your fingers as your shampooing your hair. Just press the tips of your fingers firmly to the scalp of your hair and massage the scalp as you shampoo your hair for a few minutes to help with circulation and blood flow in the scalp area.

If you are ever going to do a chemical process such as color or a perm....NEVER!!! NEVER EVER!!! take a brush to your hair and scalp before doing the chemical process or you could end up with burns, cuts and soreness on your scalp from brushing.

brushing your hair won't make your hair grow faster if that's your question. Hair grows at a rate of 1/2" per month....sometimes slightly more sometimes slightly less. Nothing is going to dramatically increase your hair's growth.
