After noticing such a wonderful hair growth and health change this summer due to just deep conditioning and LEAVING IT ALONE most days,, i have decided to try to kick it up another notch lol with MSM,, i have read mostly only good things about it.. I tried Ultra Nourishair from GNC back in april but had a very bad reaction to it. It had many, may ingredients in it including a very important one called Methysulfonymethane.. Im taking this by itself now,, hopefully it wont give me a bad reaction... so many people say it made their hair softer and grow more rapidly so Im hopeful that this alone without all teh extra other vitamins will work for me,, i got capsules which open too easily lol so i sprinkle it over apple sauce:-),, anyone have anhy experience with MSM??  ------------- Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED |

i take 3000mg of MSM powder from puritans pride. half a teaspoon daily and i dont think i culd go back to taking capsules and i dont think i could ever stop taking MSM and biotin. i know it totally stopped shedding but im not sure if it made my hair softer ------------- |

I take MSM, too. I use the capsules also... I open them and take it straight. IMO, I think that helps it to dissolve faster. However, I'm out now  and need to get more this weekend.....Ummm, come to think of it, that may be why I've had more shedding than usual!!?? I haven't taken them in a while and noticed when I was taking them consistently I had less shedding. ------------- ~~  LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!~~
