 its light enough but its too orange

can i put a toner or soemting on it like silver?

do toners affect the condiition of the hair - dont want to do any more damage plz write back

Toners will only tone not lighten. They can also brighten like if its baby yellow and you use the violet. So with that said if it's not light enough then rebleach. Toner will not get you there. If your hair is ornge you could tone to an ashy or beige color but not a light blond. Did you do it your self dear or have it done?

get a product called "un red" (you can find it at sallys)- then buy a tub of cholestrol for your hair.  add a few drops of the un red and mix into the cholestrol until its a medium purple shade, then slather on and leave for 20 minutes (you can do it again if its still too red afterwords).  rinse really well and condition as usual.  totally non damaging, inexpensive, and works very well.
