hi, i'm a product designer and i know nothing about the hair care industry, i'm redesigning the hair trolley/roll-a-bout. I need some feedback from any hair stylist/dressers out there that have had experience with this product. the pros and cons? is it too heavy?, does it look ugly?, too pricey?, any contstructive input would be greatly appreciated.
