 I've been hearing about this idea of only using conditioner to wash the hair.  What does this mean.

this is just applying conditioner to the hair when u
would otherwise be using shampoo and rinsing it
out and the dirt along with it since u are using
water,, it wont dry out the hair as much ,, shampoo
can be very very harsh esp if it contains sodium
lauryl or laureth or ammonium lauryth/lauryl
sulfates,, i use Neutrogena triple moisture and it
doesnt ave sls or als and my hair feels moisturized
even without conditioner

Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED
