Is it easier to get waves with longer hair or shorter hair?

Some of my hair is wavy but i can't get the other part to wave up.

and i keep getting hair cuts so i don't know if i should let it grow to try to get the other side to wave up

i use pomade, carrot creme i brush all the time i used the h20 method is there anything else

start with a lowcut and from there start BRUSHING BRUSHING BRUSHING. the waves will come eventually and u let ur hair grow out for an extended period of time(possibly months) to make them deeper. as u progress, u can start gettin cuts on a regular bases again.

1. When workin on your wave pattern don't get frequent haircuts, you should wait atleast 6weeks between cuts.

2. Concentrate on one area at a time for a extended amount of time. Meaning if you brush for 1 hour at night then divide that time by 4(each section of your head) and brush one section at a time for that whole period of time(brush that section for 15minutes without stopping, and repeat with the others).

*damn, that dude 360spinna got tons of tips*
