Morning!!
I was wondering what shampoo and conditioner every one thought was the best for keeping the color fresh and not fading too fast....

I am mostly curious about products I can buy at the store....I know salon products are in most cases better, but I cant always afford those as I am a SAHM!

Also, is there a deep conditioner that works really good to use 3 or so times the week prior to coloring?

THANKS!
Donna

Pantene relaxed and natural is a good line for permed and color treated hair, very moisturizing.

Thanks Kalika!

I will see if I can find that.  Is it good for helping the color stay in longer...cut down on the fading?

A really good deep conditioning In myy opinion is the 'Aussie 3 minute Miracle Reconstructor' It works really well on me and I def need it, I am a "color my hair freak" So I have dry hair. You can get it at stores like Wal-mart etc. Not expensive at all. I like it a lot.

There are also shampoos and conditioners at stores that do help prevent color fading, I remember seeing them myself, I just can't think of the brands. Hope ya find what ya need
