Okay gurls I need your opinions. I placed an order at international wig on 9/7 and my payment went through on 9/8. I read my shipping info and my package was not sent out until 9/13 so I emailed customer support this:
This is christy hunt again I am emailing about my order, order # 10391. Right now I am really mad! I would love to know why I was charged on 9/8 and my package did not get sent until 9/13? this is really unfair! If I was charged on 9/8 then my package should have been sent on 9/9 at the latest! I feel that it was unfair for me to be charged for a package on 9/8 that was not even sent out until 9/13, 3 business days later.
this is what I recieved in response:
wow you have got to be the rudest woman i have ever come across
YOU ARE CHARGED WHEN YOU CLICK THE ORDER LINK AND PAY! GET REAL!
and normally items ship 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU PAY. read the SHIPPING INFO! clearly says 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
take your rude emails elsewhere you ingornat nasty person! we are not interested. you have SOME NERVE!!! your items are 2 weeks early and you are bitching? SHOP ELSEWHERE!
and then I recieved this:
and saturday and sunday is not a BUSINESS DAY MORON
If I was rude (which I dont feel I was) and I was wrong I feel there is a much better way to deal with this.
So then I call the # form the website and the girl wouldn't tell me who I need to conact about this or even a # to call. I want to report this person to international wig but dont know what to do?
whatwould you do? do you gurls feel that I WAS WRONG OR RUDE PLEASE HELP?

Well, I do think you were being overly demanding expecting them to ship next day especially if there was a weekend involved and it's common practice to bill people instantly when it comes to online shopping carts. Some places do it instantly, some do it upon shipping, but I can not believe a business would call a customer a moron!!! Oh my god! Every business has to deal with demanding, irate and sometimes unreasonable customers, but any respectable business would never stoop to name calling.

Was any other emails involved? It seems- sorry- sort of funny....! and -very- out of the ordinary- I have ordered from them for years, so has my sister and I have never gotten any rude email, on the contrary, they answer right away and are always nice...and helpful with color info and such. The shipping time is on the home page though, it DOES take awhile to get orders from them, if your items left in a couple days that is sooner then I have ever gotten an item, it is always a good 2 weeks at least. Is there a name with that email? They always sign it, I have talked with Angela and Summer before...and a Tina, I think. Never ordered on the phone, always online.

i would also like to say that i work in a office and i recieve rude calls all the time but as a business it is your responsibility to treat the customer with respect, i showed respect in ALL my emails summer returned my respect but this other person did not!

I wasn't going to open my big mouth and say anything, but I do think you are rude, immature, and hot headed.
Remember a while back you sent me some PM's asking questions, and I promptly answered you back. In my writing I usually write as I speak, with a bit of humour that you misunderstood for me being rude to you!
This is what you wrote back, something to this effect, "Too bad I can't see you face to face, then I would put you in your place..."
So basically you threatened me with physical violence because you misconstrued what I had said in my reply to your dumb PM.
You have serious issues.

ye i also thought you were rather unhelpful when i was dealing with biolustre ..you seemed to suggest i was bad mouthing the company without good cause - because you had recieved yours - when in fact they are just a bad company.
if you look on i.w it tells you how long it takes - sometimes you have to wait ages but it does state that as that person said! you really cant compplain about shipping unless it is late - ie over 14 days!!!!
however i agree - they should be more responsible in their dealings with customers!!!! - out of order
but perhaps next time you could 'complain' in a more..um.. mature way and you will find you get a more helpful response and they will also be more likely to help you...

Metalgirl- sometimes in life we need to follow our instincts, so next time in stead of trying to make me seam like the bad guy do keep your big mouth shut. In the pm your were very very rude to me when I made that comment. Dont try to judge a person you dont even know. I WAS NOT RUDE IN MY MAILS TO THEM AND WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT.

I dont think you were being rude in your email but certianly unreasonable.
Seems like the advisor just typed what was going through hers and probably would have went through anyone elses head if they had received your email although completely and utterly unproffesional of him/her to actually send it.
I work in customer services which i think teaches you what kind of customer not to be.

Well, I have to disagree.
Maybe you dont think your being rude, but is comes across that way. Try to lighten up a bit.
P.S. Its normal to charge your card at the time of checkout, then ship out when they can.
P.P.S. I joke around a lot on here, but i do try to be a good customer. I make extra sure to read over any emails I send to make sure they are polite, I try to understand about shipping delays and stocking issues. Basically, I try to treat the company the way I would want a customer to treat me. IF you worked in the customer service industry, almost any aspect of it, you would understand that.
And when I am queen of the world, EVERYONE will work as a waitor/waitress for a year. I'll call it your "humbling expireance".

ALSO back on topic i used to work with this guy who was a veterinary surgeon and whenever we'd have a particularly painful owner (cuz, ya know,the animals are always awesome) he'd smile, answer everything, be as nice and sweet with them as he was to anybody....then at the end he'd tack on a PIA charge for being a "pain in the a$%". i guess my point is ...you can think whatever ya want about people...saying it is usually never okay. rare exceptions. it always costs you something in the end.

Omg here's the stupid story, my mother thought she was having a boy. My name was going to be richard anthony broome. Named after 2 uncils who have now past away. When I was born and she saw I was a girl she named me Christian Anthoni Broome. I have always told her that she gave me a boys name. She says christian is a unisex name but I cant tell you how many times people will ask for mr. christian hunt (i am now married) and when i say this is her "no mr christian hunt" that drives me crazy! but ever since i was a baby everyone has called me christy. is that ok kalika, or should i post my birth certificate  lol kidding!

Metalgirl- It is none of your business if I have a record (which I do not) and I live a very full and happy life. I have 2 beautiful children, a wonderful husband and a great circle of family and friends. Every day I think about karma and the conciquenses of our actions, the diffrence between you and me is that I dont go around judgeing people and telling them that they have bad karma when I am being as rude to them as they were to me. Now I have desided to be the bigger woman and say that I am sorry if I have offended you and that I will try my best to keep my cool in all post .
Missy66- I hope that you do pray for me and that you get some wonderfull things from international wig ! I hope that if you email customer service that you get summer or someone else that is very helpful. I wish you nothing but great experiances with that company.
LauraR- broomeboy1023 is the name that my son uses on all his screen names and emails. I only have access to my email account at work so I use his.
Ccross6032- i have not treated the rk hair with the biolustre, and I dont think I am going to. Because it takes along long long time to do a treatment on my hair which is thin and short. If I did a treatment on that rk hair in the length I wear (28 inches) it would take for ever. I will do a small section when my new biolustre comes (about a week) and when I order more hair .

The sh*t just keeps getting deeper and deeper in this thread.....
As for the customer service that this 'lady' recieved, no one should ever be called a moron by any business establishment. It's just not good customer service by any means.
I DO think the emails that were sent to the company were rather rude.... In my whole life I'd never send an email like that to a company, whether they actually deserved it or not. I guess I feel that from a moral standpoint people should take the high road when dealing with others, even if it means turning the other cheek.

Fab-I think the only solution is to try and write your emails without expressing negative emotions. Basically, in a business letter you want to get your point across professionally, which I call going from point A to point B without emotions. That way, you get your point across, and you dont have to worry about pissing somebody off if they dont interpret it they way you intended them to. You never know how other people will interpret your emotions so why bother, right? I definiately, 100% agree that the business you wrote to was out of line sending an email like that, no doubt. The only way to solve a business transaction issue is to handle it professionally and getting rid of any emotions that may turn the professional issue into a personal issue. --This is my personal opinion on the topic and do not wish to offend anybody.

typicially i try not to get involved in "tiffs" going on here but this time i do need to comment.
Fab- i am sorry to hear that you were frustrated with the timing of your package. And emailing a company when you are upset is always a risk in their response. However, this is where i think u made a mistake,
you posted your response and theirs(which by the way i do NOT agree with- yes they were very rude and mean with their responsel, totally uncalled for to say the least.)
but YOU ASKED everyone if they thought you were being rude?
once you ask, its vital that you are ready to receive the response whether good or bad, otherwise dont ask!
And i have to tell you, Metalgirl is a friend of mine and i dont feel she has ever been rude to anyone in anyway and there is no need to threaten anyone or as you say i didnt threaten i promised~
Its uncalled for, unprofessional and not "christian" like to say the least. And yes i think prayer is great, purhaps when u get upset in the future, instead of responding in anger, you'll pray first for calmness and wisdom in your response.
please do not misunderstand my response as an attack- it is far from that. i do think you have valuable imput here at times.

Amm- I did test one small weft of my rk hair, I ment that it would be way to much work to do a full bundle.

TanglesRC- thanx for the great advice, you are right I should have been ready for good and bad opinions. As for metalgirl I am totally over the childish arguing, as I said in my last post.
I realize from reading international wigs policy that I should have been happy with my shipping, I was wrong. I would like to close this post for now so that we can stop any future fighting. I would also appreciate it if certain people would stop bashing me.

BTW if you order close out stuff from international wig it arrives quicker
I had a horrid experience here with a hair piece i ordered that arrived and was crap and the one i9 had was worn out, emailed international wig and they were very helpful at finding me a close out wig in the right color to make into a topper (I wear toppers) and said that they usually order them in - hence the delay - close outs are in stock and mine arrived to New Zealand less than a week after I ordered
and the hair (a sepia human hair mono top) is just lovely & silky after a good few washes and hot roller sets...
