Does ne1 know if the maxiglide works for black nappy hair or in other words african american hair. I'm trying to surprise me daughter so i really need to know. She's alwayz getting teased  so I need to know asap.

| It does, but I hear it causes alot of damage. Check out the reviews for it at Folica.com. Also check out the reviews for their best selling irons Sedu and Solia. Maybe one of those would be a better choice. |
