I'm new to doing extensions. I bought a weft of "futura" kanekalon that matched the shade of my natural hair. (Futura feels more like human hair and you can curl it too.) I was planning on sewing strands onto clips to add length around my face because my hair is short. I noticed that my only problem is that the hair is way too shiny and I couldn't match it even by using shine spray on my own hair. Is there any way to dull the shine on synthetic hair? It looks too fake and I can't return it and don't want to waste my money.

yeah I tried the freetress futura and it was very shiney. There are other thermals that are not as shiney. The Wawa is less shiney but still has some shine..ebonylines thermal has the least shine that Ive seen so far
