I have been thinking about this for a couple days...  So I am taking Biotin, MSM, multi-vitamin...  doing my daily regimen, which includes Surge and M-T-G...  I am starting at stringy armpit length - shooting for thick, healthy bottom BSL by Dec. 2006.

How do I keep my PROGRESS while transitioning to a simpler life-long regimen??? 

And have any "goal-reachers" experienced hair loss after the fact?
