I don't think having a gf would matter. The money would still be gone in 3 days. Either way, that experiment shows that black people don't care about the future. I'm sure if you polled the guys here almost none of them have a college savings fund. I didn't have one until my dad died and even then it wasn't enough. But I'm going to break that cycle with my nephew.
