hi ladies - monday i'm getting bohyme pinchbraided in by the awesome heather in atlanta. i opted for bohyme straight as i figured with my own hair straightness and the reported dropping of the bodywave it's easier to start all straight and curl up my hair and the extensions when needed.

i know people have discussed this before but just wanted to regather: should i wash the hair before she installs it? i know people recommend that with the french refined, if i was and let the straight airdry perhaps a slight bit of wave may be good.

second - deep conditioning treatments or what are people now using product wise for the bohyme?

thanks as always!
cheryl

I'm sure everyone is different, but with the Bohyme I don't condition or wash it prior to installation. With any other hair I wash and condition though. Good luck on your new install!

I agree with Elvira, I've never washed Bohyme before installing it. I always use Purology or Enjoy Shampoos and conditioning products to keep the hair looking great.
