I use Natures plus Ultra hair it is cheaper and I think it works just as well.

I use it and yes it does make a difference for me. Just like the directions say...it will take a few months to begin seeing results. You have to stay with it!

After reading up on the ingredients, it sound like its fish oil (or
protein), a fruit extract containing vitamin c, and silica. I
