She was always the long haired brunette with the STUNNING face and the main reason I ever watched an episode of B&B. Then she died, and came back again (as you do in soapies) with an AWFUL fringe! Then, as all classic beauties do, she redeemed herself with a fabulous haircut:

But something must be done about the really bad plastic surgery she has had. Why ruin such a gorgeous face with fake lips and weird stretched features, not to mention the enormous breast implants that are actually sagging from the weight.
Anyway, at least she has great hair now. What do you all think?
PS: preferred her with long hair, but if she was going to cut it anyway then this is the best option for her I think.

I personally have never seen her have a bad hair day, long or short. However, like Meg Ryan, she left her beauty at the surgens office.

Hal I agree with you there about what she left behine. I liked her with the longer hair.

"But something must be done about the really bad plastic surgery she has had."
OK, what did you have in mind? Can you somehow reverse the horrid effects of plastic surgery?
Hunter Tylo was THE goddess of soap operas to me just a few years ago. To truly appreciate the significance of her plastic surgery and hair makeover, you've got to have some before photos. (I honestly thought we did this before, but couldn't find any previous posts.)

I've had the feeling that she's a different bird for some time now. She was born Deborah Jo Hunter and was known as Deborah Morehart when she was blonde in another soap opera, All My Children. She was blonde (and topless) in the movie "The Initiation."

Well Kramer, I believe you can have further procedures to "correct" the ones that went bad......but when I stated the "something must be done..." bit, I was merely expressing my exasperation and disappointment that she had such deforming surgery. I did not literally mean "something must be done", it's just my way of speaking But you get my point right? Thanks for the before pics, she really is/was a beautiful lady.

Yes, beautiful, I get your point totally. There may be no more obvious examples of disappointing plastic surgery than Hunter Tylo and Meg Ryan. At least Hunter appears to still have a career. What has happened to Meg Ryan?

Oh no!!! I didn't realise Meg had plastic surgery. That's a shame. I always thought she was very cute and was ageing beautifully. I actually feel a bit sorry for those women in hollywood, there must be an awful lot of pressure to stay young.

Apologies Missrini... but IMO Hunter Tylo's latest haircut is horrible.

Meaning you prefer it longer? Well so do I, but it's the best option IMO if she were going to cut it anyway.
Hey, don't apologise for having an opinion, even it IS contrary to mine

Evolution? Try "devolution"! Hunter is one of the few people I admire in Hollywood, but this hairdo could deflate a dirigible. I guess I'm saying that I don't like it. Best, Bob
P.S. Your opinions are full of passion and good cheer, Rini, and I enjoy reading them. Thanks, Bob

The best you can say about the short hair is that is does not look bad. She is a very sad case, beautiful actress, getting older, desperate to keep looking young...she could have gone the Jane Seymour route, but alas, no.

Okay, to clarify... I prefer it longer, and I think it's a bad
haircut. Not the best choice for shorter hair. Choppy cuts
are nasty.
And thanks for the encouragement. I'll try to be less polite from
now on. (I can see it now, Hal and Arch are rolling their eyes )
Yah, ssjockey, she did appear to be starting down the "Jane Seymour"
path (left-most of the pictures Kramer posted). Somehow she
detoured onto the choppy short cut & wretched plastic surgery
route. Ick.

Bob, thanks This is just so much fun though. Who knew there was a place online where we could all get together and gossip about celeb haircuts? It's like getting together with a bunch of girlfriends over a cuppa (or guy-friends as it were!)
Dave....let it rip mate. NOTHING offends me
