Does anyone know of a real good dentangler? The spray on ones for kids don`t really work well on my hair.... I have tail bone length hair and it`s wavy. I`m consdering of maybe going back to midback length hair since it sometimes takes me over a hour to be able to gently take out all of the tangles.

The only one I`ve ever bought was the Apple scented one for Kids by Loreal but I don`t remember if I tried it. I bought it for school to use on the manikins. But since you`ve already tried the kids ones this isn`t much help to you.

Before you get a big trim try a small one. Sometimes just getting a 1/4 - 1/2 inch can help. Thats only if you want to.

What tools are you using to get through the tangles? Are you using other products that could be building up and causing the tangles? What products are you using?

How do you wear your hair to bed and do you sleep on a satin or silk pillowcase?

Has this problem been more apparent recently or has this been going on for a long time?

Is your hair colored or permed at all?

What kind of water does your home have? Hard, Well, etc

And anything else you could tell us about your hair or your routines would be helpful.
