As above Can someone please recommend me an extensionist. I am in Scotland in the UK and am desperate to have extensions done at the end of November to last me over the festive season as many parties to attend and want my hair to look hot!!! Many Thanks x. |

did u decide against cappelinis? still no word from shell?.. i dont think there is going to be many replies here lol im afraid its only me n shell from scotland that post here. after shel theres amanda but shes in nottingham. i dont think there are many independant extensionists .. its mainly jsut the bigger salons that offer it. in edinburgh there is a wig shop that i know does extensiosn cos my friend had them done and they looked good. they are called A&A studios in inverleith.

Thanks Kirsty Yea it definitely does seem to only be the larger salons here that do extensions. To be honest i havent actually looked into Cappelini i just have a feeling it will be very expensive as i would rather have them done by an independant extensionist who in my opinion tend to have more experience anyway. Yea i havent heard back from Shel. I hope she is OK. I would so much rather Shel done my hair for me as she did such an amazing job before. Just that i really want it done before a girls weekend i have first weekend in December so hoping to have an appointment for sometime last week in November. Fingers crossed Shel gets back to me x x x. |

i would go with what nicey says and try amanda, if you have transport it would be worth the journey she is fantastic!! i know she is my mate but she does great extensions with the most fantastic hair!!she does mine for me and they are perfect!!! ------------- xxx Leanne |

Uh thanks girls and Amanda i'm sure you are a wicked extensionist as i have heard nothing but good reports about you and have seen your sight and your work is amazing Unfortunately for me though i dont drive or i would be in Amandas chair in a sec!! I am desperate to have extensions in again even though i experienced a few problems when i had them in the first time i just had so much more confidence with them in and coming up to to the xmas period where i have lots of parties and also a girls weekend away i cannot go without gorgeous hair Big shout out to shel!!! Hope you are ok!! x x x.

Hi! Don't know if this is any help to you but I tried Cappelini for a consultation a few months ago. It was way too expensive for me (poor student!) There was a woman in getting them done when I went in & they looked gorgeous. Claire |

Also, I forgot to add that Halo in Motherwell (if your near there) do Cinderella, Perfect Endings in Motherwell do them too and Mosko in Wishaw do Racoon. Also, Millenium in Wishaw do Great Lengths, but my pal went for a consult and they wanted £600 odd for a half head I'm still debating whether to get them done or not after all my hair was cut off.
