Catherine Zeta-Jones had bangs on Saturday Night Live. They didn't look bad, although they could have been longer. The cut must be fresh. She didn't have bangs in the photos they showed coming back from commercial.

CZJ really must be full of herself; at least, that's how she came off during the show.

Tina Fey was back with the news after giving birth. Her hair was trimmed. For the first time I can remember, Amy Pohler's hair looked nicer than Tina's. I'm glad Amy let it grow.

Yeah Kramer, I have the impression that she's her own fan club.  I do rather like her hair though and I think that a fringe looks good on her.  She has kind of small eyes, so the fringe stops them from getting "lost".

Don't know who the other women are that you mentioned. American celebrities?

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are in the cast of "Saturday Night Live," the comedy sketch show on NBC. They co-anchor the comedy news section of the show and they come across as really good friends. Tina also wrote (and and had a smaller role in) the movie "Mean Girls," starring Lindsey Lohan. Neither Tina or Amy are what I'd call raving beauties, but you grow attached to celebrities when you watch them on the same show for so many years and they have their cute moments. Tina usually wears glasses while reading the news. I think her hair is lighter than the photo, although that could be the studio lights. I thought she became increasingly good looking as her hair grew longer. Amy typically has her hair matted down because she wears so many wigs on the show.

From their SNL bios (Tina is the brunette):

Here's Tina in July 2004 in what may the best photo I've ever seen of her. (Her hair was several inches shorter on Saturday night):

Sometimes I forget that not everybody here is from the USA. Where do you live, Missrini? The photos of you that I've seen on the Longhair Support thread of HairBoutique.com are just beautiful, by the way.

I think Tina is very beautiful, especially in glasses ^_^ .  She appeals to the "nerd" segment of the population, of which I am surely a member ^_^V !

Her public profile (adjacent to her avatar) says Australia.  Do you not see that?

Dave, do you see what you just wrote? Calm down, buddy.

And to answer your question, no, I didn't see it.

Now now boys

Kramer, I'm from Adelaide in South Australia (recently voted one of the top 10 most desirable places to live in the world). hehe

I am quite familiar with America however, having visited several times and my husband is from San Francisco.

And thank you for the compliment on my photos   I really need to update my sig, as I have quite alot of growth now (plus a new fringe! ...but that's a whole other forum)

Interesting. I saw SNL, hated the bangs, {which looked very real}, yet here are new pics from October 25, while promoting the new Zorro flick...

I guess the SNL bangs were fake, and thank god, because they were hideous.

Quite similair on November, 02. No bangs, definitely and quite dark color.

But she has performed some other stunts, so I'm not sure now if that is all her own hair? Wig in ocean's twelve looked quite realistic to me.

These are the latest pics. No bangs, but there could be extensions there. Who knows?

Did you ever think you'd see a day when Goldie Hawn's hair looked longer than CZJ's hair?

I like her better without the bangs! However, bangs do cover wrinkles...and maybe she is getting them

I think even when she is wrinkled, she will still be stunningly beautiful, so long as she doesn't mess up her face with too much plastic surgery.  But I've heard a few celebs speaking out against plastic surgery of late, so maybe popular opinion is finally turning against it.  *hopes*
