I just bought some hairtopia pills, and was wondering if they will still be ok if I crushed them and ate them that way? I can't take pills due to my anxiety problem Thanks everyone~* Anne ------------- The bigger the hair, the closer to heaven! |

What I do is stick the pill into my mouth when I'm eating and wrap the
pill around the food - then swallow. Makes taking the pills easy.

I would think any pill would be okay crushed if it were not a time
release pill. Crushing would break the barriers that make things
