That kinda looks like someone with wavy hair that was out in the rain.
Perhaps you could just let your hair air dry and see if it gets that tossled or get a spray bottle with just water in it and give yourself a light mist a littl at a time on the length until you see something similar.

I don't know if you can get it to stay that way or not. But when you wet it try not to comb it out at all. Let the hair dry naturally. Maybe put it in a ponytail and let it dry in a ponytail? That might give it an added bit of messy look.

Hope that helps.

Go get some of Aussie's "High and Mighty" OR "Calm that Frizz"...stick enough in your hair so that it does not get greasy (unlikely) or flaky or anything...but enough to hold a style. Take a diffuser...NOT A BLOW DRYER (unless it has a diffuser part to it). If it is a hair dryer part...put it on teh lowest speed...hottest temp. Make sure your hair is curly/wavy/messy when you start. Comb your hair in teh shower maybe...but not after you towl off. The messier the better. Scrunch and twirl up the hair when you dry it. Don't dry it completly! Um...don't brush it when you are done. If you have to fix something, use your fingers...but not much. Do not comb through your hair with the fingers. It takes awhile to get used to it and do it right, but when you do it is the quickest style to do! You have to experiment awhile to get it perfect. There is a video of it on that website I gave...the video is called "Dream curls." But I would use a gel (I reccomend Aussie since it has never left my hair greasy.).

You can also look at the Tousled Tendrils video...never tried it that way. But I am assuming you would use teh lowest speed, hottest temp since it say gently.

Moose won't work for this style.
