My daughter last had a relaxer touch up in March, she thought about growing it out, but she wants me to start back with the relaxing. Should I just give her a touch up or give her a full relaxer?

You only want to give her a touch up on the new growth.  A full relaxer will damage her ends that would still have relaxer on them.  You would only give her a full relaxer if you plan on cutting off the permed ends she has now.

I totally agree with Yolligirl, I would only do a touch-up. Otherwise a full application will cause damage, breakage, etc.

Definitely only retouch her newgrowth. Even though the hair was last permed in March, any hair after the demarcation line is still relaxed and retouching the entire length will cause damage and breakage for sure.
