We bleached my daughters hair it was a red she wanted to go back to blond. I didnt want to do it. But we did! Her roots, new growth is now white but it was burning her scalp so she rinsed now where the red was so prominent, its ORANGE! What can we do now? |
What is her natural haircolor? Was the hair previously colored? If it was previously colored what products we're used? How much new regrowth is there? What type of bleach was used? Cream, Oil or Powder bleach? What brand was the bleach?
Did you bleach the whole head or we're you bleaching highlights? The bleach swells as it oxidizes and hair at the scalp processes quickly because of the heat coming from the scalp. Where is it orange? I hope you didn't lift past the pale yellow stage of the hair...because it could be severely chemically damaged and overprocessed and breakage at or near the scalp could occur.
It can't hurt to deep condition that hair daily for a week to put back the moisture into the hair stand that the bleach stripped out. I'd recommend L'ANZA Magic Bullet or their 5 Step Deep Conditioning Treatment. It can revitalize overprocessed hair in just one treatment but you will need to keep conditioning the hair until you cut it off.
Answer this reply and I'll do my best to help you.
