How often should you use this, It doesnt say on the bottle, but after using my hair felt wonderful...it contains candella wax though so I thought it might build up fast.....Im thinking using it once a week at the most, seem the effects last through a few shampoos(it does not seem to wash out easily)  Also, just switched to redken all soft shampoo as well, so far I like it!

I think generally, once a week is for heavily damaged and/or chemically treated hair, twice a month(or once every two weeks) for slightly damaged, once a month if you're not chemically treated or don't use styling tools/aids. You can also use this as a protectant before going out in the sun or the pool. It says you can use it as a leave-in if your hair is really dry but it doesn't work for me like that.

But I've used it twice a week on my ends, at times with great results. I have fine hair but it is curly so my ends tend to get crunchy without a heavy conditioner. I just can't use it on the scalp too often. You'll get the greasies. Hope that answers your question. Great product, isn't it?!

I use it twice a week and it works great on my super frizzie hair. It all depends and what type of hair you have. And yes, you must clarify at least once a month, or more if needed.
