If you were to get one of the following supplements to help your hair grow faster, which would you get: Biotin, Inositol, or Niacin?  Also  do you know if you take a multi vitamin supplement would it interfere. Thanks.

Hi, I can attest that (although I have short hair) that when you eat a diet including lots of fruit and veggies, and take a multivitamin, I take centrum but I believe I will switch to natural source vitamins again, I am told the body may not even absorb most of the vitamin if not in an organic and natural form.  I certainly noticed that my hair was growing faster and healthy and my nails were thicker as well.  Not to mention I felt like a million bucks!

And on top of that they actually make vitamin supplements specifically for faster growing and more luxurious hair check out this site, it is one of several manufacturuers: http://www.ponroycanada.com/main.cfm?p=1100&l=en&ProduitCatID=8 - http://www.ponroycanada.com/main.cfm?p=1100&l=en&Pro duitCatID=8

I am a big fan of long luxurious hair, if I had it I would do everything I could to make it jaw droppingly beautiful.

I would say Biotin, because many of my longhaired friends take it and bank on it.

When I was thinking about taking something I had the same choices that you had but I didn’t necessarily want to go out and take all of those things. So I did some research, just reading, certain articles, asked around, and I decided to try Biotin. I take about 5000 mcg a day now. I have been taking it for about a month or so and I have noticed a small amount of hair growth so far, which I think is a good start.

Don't limit yourself to just one.  I'd also suggest silica as well.  If you can afford more than one.
