| how long does it take to get waves. i cut my hair all even like a week n a half ago n i jus started brushin to get waves 11/6/05(sunday). i brus constantly n i aint seein nuthn. plus the side of my head id jus 2 difficult 2 deal wit. i aint gettin straight at all. PLZ HELP. |

it takes a while to get waves you cant rush it if you just started brushing u mostly wont see anything so quick but keep at the brushing though, alot of people complain about there sides being the hardest part to get waves but just brush at a angle and dont get a cut so quick let your hair grow some and brush ------------- B.M.F PIMPIN WE NOT A SQUAD WE A MOVEMENT. |

get carrot cream and some soft brushes and wave caps or du-rags and youll be stright ------------- I went from old school Chevy's to drop top porches You couldn't walk a mile off in my Air Forces And you ain't seen what I've seen I can get a 100,000 in these Sean John jeans |

| yea. i got a hard brush rite now. i m gonna pick up a soft brush 2morrow. i m using coconut oil and cream rite now. i dont wanna put 2 much stuff in my hair cus i heard it slows your waves from comin out. Should start using pomades like sportin waves now or later on? |

i would say that out of pomades that sportin waves is the best. if ur gonna use it then u should get the black can. but if u dont want to use pomades, like some of us here, then just stick with the carrot cream and u can use lets jam to hold ur hair down (orange top)

since you jes got a hair cut, if its light, you might want to use carrot creme, regular grease, or some light pomade like 360 style. itll take months to spin youll see some results after a week, but it wont be that much. continue to brush and ull get there eventually. ive been brushing since around june. see, my pic in my signature... im still not satisfied and as long as they continue to get better, i never will be. -------------

thats how i felt..but now..if you ask me the way i see it..everyones waves are differnt..you can give pointers and tips to improve them..but i dont think any one can have "the BEST waves" -------------
