Ok, I've only tried microlinks before. I am thinking of trying shrinkies
next. But, I have a few questions...

Are shrinkies damaging to your natural hair?
What should I look for in the heat clamp thingy tools (sorry, don't know
what they are called!) Are they all basically the same?
How big are the shrinkies compared to the microlinks? (I am basically
wondering if I can use the keratip with shrinkies, and the I-tips that were
too big to fit into my mircolinks)
And last...
What's with the skrinkie remover stuff?? Do I have to buy that, do the
shrinkies leave alot of residue when they come out??

That's it, I am preparing for my next set of extensions, already...
The microlinks were okay, but not 100% my cup of tea, hoping I can find
something slightly more pleasing!

I love shrinkies/ shrink links.

They are one of the few methods that I can safely say that they do not damage the natural hair, provided that the clients takes care of them and doesn't  leave them in longer than the recommended 12 weeks.

Any fusion wand should work just fine for installing shrinkies.  You want to get a fusion wand that gets hot on both sides, I think they are called, 'dual heated', or something like that.

I'm not sure about using keratips, but I think that the shrinkie tube is bigger than most microlinks that I have used before, and of course it shrinks down nice and small.

And yes, the shrinkies do leave some residue upon removal, therefore I think the orange remover solution is necessary.

Good luck!
