A long overdue thank you. This forum has completely changed the way I
think about my hair. I've always had long hair and I've always abused
it. not with heat/chemicals but other stuff like ripping through it
with a comb so that handfuls came out every time etc. Now I would never
do that and as a result, I think my hair is thicker than ever before.
It took some random people on the internet to make me realise I
had long hair before that it had never really occured to me. thank you.

I want to extend a big THANK YOU too because HB is such a fabulous and friendly community. I was visiting another long hair forum for a time, but found it a bit "clicky" in that if you didn't already have long hair, then you were excluded to an extent. I LOVE this forum. Very friendly and supportive. Everyone here is honest and open with their haircare and opinions. I've never felt "out of it" here.

I agree, I also visit other hairforums but this is by far the most supportive and helpfull one IMO
