I know some people here wash only with conditioner etc. but does anyone
here wash only with water? A boy my parents knew who had very beautiful
long hair only used water on his hair and apparently it looked
fantastic.

For a few weeks this year and in 2003, I tried it. I had to switch to ACV-only because that cut down on the grease that built up after 2 weeks. I don't get much greasage but it still builds up if you wait two weeks. but hats off to those who can work with water-only Anais ------------- http://anaissatin.livejournal.com">  my LJ , 40 inches long

Gah!  This would never work for me. I can go a week between washes but by then it's starting to get greasy at the scalp.

I was on TLHC and they had a long thread about it (I started this one
before I knew about it) and I'm thinking I might try it next
summer.
