Try getting some colorfix.  After removing the color from your (ONLY THE DYED PART) hair, you will have to re-dye with a shade to match your naturally blonde hair.  Colorfix leaves the hair looking unnatural and brassy, because all you have left when you are done with the colorfix is your underlying pigment. 

What blonde are you?  Light, Medium, Dark, warm, cool, neutral? 

You will need to use the colorwheel when choosing a color to tone your hair.  Once you remove the color, what you will have left will be your underlying pigments.  See the link below:

I think you can achieve a nice shade of blonde done with dye, if you try.  I can imagine that the light on top and dark below must look a bit annoying. 

Finally, here's a fix to help you grow it all out after you correct the dyed bit.  Take some of the new growth and pull it through a streaking cap (highlights) and blend the roots on the top to match the ends.  Just dye the regrowth at this point.  Do it once, then again in six weeks or so, finally just let the natural color grow in.

Okay, well thanks for that idea. Sounds like a good one, but I am not very experienced with haircolor so would you suggest I go to my hairstylist with this colorfix and see about the new color there?

Or as far as not putting anything in my hair (color or otherwise) are you aware of a product that makes hair grow superfast? I mean, the faster it grows, the more of the artificial color I can cut out of it. I kind of want to wait until I have what is left of my natural color before deciding to do highlights or anything to get it back to that bright blonde that it once was.

Colorfix is the most non-damaging.  I wouldn't go to a salon to have the color removed unless they are going to use Colorfix. 

It's really not that hard to put the colorfix on, especially if you get a friend or family memeber to help you.  I'd do the colorfix first then if you want go to a salon and see if they can tone the ends and blend the top with the ends by doing highlights or lowlights--not sure which one you'd need.

Honestly, hair only grows about 1/2 (if you're lucky!) about a month.  I have about 1/2 in about 5 or 6 weeks.  Nothing can make your hair grow faster. 

I really do think you could fix your hair yourself though.  What I suggested above may sound complicated, but it's not really.

So what do you want your hair to look like?  All Bright Blonde?  You can colorfix and then bleach the ends and roots to a pale yellow and then tone, if that's what you want.  I'm confused as what you are wanting?
