Hello again ladies. I'm back with some more help for ya's. We have a group that gets together at the club, and discusses everything, and anything. Was told if we eat foods with iodine in them, it will help with thinning hair. Also you can rub castor oil in your hair for a faster growth. Another said Aloe will help the pores breathe.

  Homemade hair spray  # 2 I promised:

Take 2 tsp of dried rosemary and put it in a coffee mug. Fill with boiling water. Steep several hours. Strain and cool . Pour in a spritzer. Last spray on dry hair.   these sprays may go on wet. If they do just wait until they dry. Do not touch your hair until it's dry. Forgot to ask if it was fast drying. Sorry. I just enjoyed the remarkable conversations.

Make your own Leave In Conditioner:

Take three tablespoons of any hair conditioner. Mix it with 1 1/4 cups of hot water. Let cool down and spray on your hair.

Will have more later. Just can't remember them now.. Didn't take a pad and pencil with me. But I'll  scoup them up. I'm going to give these a shot. Anything cheap I can get my hands on, will save a lot of bucks. These ladies have been around a long time. So what used to work, good for them years ago is worth a try. Keep in mind they didn't always have the hair products of today.

Good Luck!

Sunduster
