So yesterday I used the pull through cap to highlight my hair. That came out good but my roots are still too dark. Can I touch them up with the same mixture with a small brush? How long should I wait? Any other suggestions?I don't want to dye my whole head just highlights.Thanks.

The problem with using a cap is just that, you will always have roots.

You could get a very small dental brush and get an on the scalp bleach and touch up only the spots that have been highlighted.  Back comb the hair to get it to stick up a bit in order to apply the bleach to only the parts near the scalp needing to be touched up.  Does this make sense?  No need to wait, just make sure you let your hair be unshampooed for a few days to help the scalp have extra oils to avoid the sting of the bleach. Good luck!
