I don't celebrate xmas but my bday is on the 30th. I plan BC but if I
chicken out I'll ask my mom to do cornrows for me. I usually just wear
a bun. I plan on buying new products. I have been on a product freeze
since July. I admit I have bought like 3 products since then but I got
a gift certificate I had to use it.

I'm not planning to do anything special w/ my hair during Christmas...probably a nice, bouncy roller set. My birthday is the 18th so I think I'll wear it out straight when I CELEBRATE that weekend!! YEAH!!  ------------- ~~  LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!~~

Wow so many December birthdays. Mine is on the 20th and I plan to BC that day, I don't know what to do for Christmas and then I'm going to Vegas the day after so I'm really at a loss. It's not too cold in TX just some spurts of cold weather, so it will definetly be out, maybe so twist or cornrows in the front. ------------- Life is a journey, Enjoy the ride. |

Hi everyone, my birthday is also in Dec, December 24th.
Actually according to my mom 15 mins before Christmas day lol |
. I have been trying to grow my hair to
hip length. I have been taking Biotin and a multi vitamin and seems to be
working. But I find that if I wear my hair down every day, and I am always looking
at it I don’t notice the growth as much. So I have started to wear my hair up
most days now and when I do wear it down I notice the growth so much more. So
on my birthday and Christmas when I go to parties and dinners I will style it
and wear it down, until then I’m going to try to wear it up so by then I will

Trophywife why are you avoiding cameras? Wow so many people are going to BC and so many are having birthdays. I feel so left out since I'm an April baby. Back to the topic at hand, I'm not sure what I'm going to do either. I might straighten my hair but I heard horror stories about it. Thanks Yolligirl...the only color the brides were allowed to use was White...so thats what I did. But thanks for the suggestion and compliment.

Hey everybody I did the BC and day 2 and I have a shrunken fro. I think I will do corn rows in the front and shake-n-go fro in the back for Christmas and it will be the first time everyone in my family will see my hair after the cut. cmesweet sorry I didn't check back in this thread but yes I meant silver or gold ribbon for the holidays. Well i have to go to work on that day- but my new color looks great and i love my shrunken fro so i will leave it as is. BTW- i did go to Big Lots and hoard all of the DDTA and DDWL- so i may use that on Christmas Day.
