but what about my past?

my hair in the past year has been brown w/highlights, auburn, black, dyed but forgot about my roots so half copper half dark brown,

i dyed over that, but the copper on top is starting to show through,

the hairdresser did a strand test..it went like orange, you know for the colour stripper.

but she said that they would "tint" it blonder or something,

i'm already worried about the contrast of highlights over my dark brown hair, but i badly need to brighten up my look for the winter,

so help?
