I think the ouchless bands are good, just don't pull your hair up too tight or too often. My favorite heat protectant is Beyond the Zone, found at Sally's. ------------- |

Yeah,,, i noticethat after having my hair tightly pulled back in a bun that i get more breakage so whatever u do try to keep it loose and make sure theres always some moisturizing/strengthening product in ur ends!... and as for heat protectants Fanatasia IC heat protector is fab but it does have lot of silicones, i also tried the Beyond the Zone which is somewhat like the Fantasia as far as how it works.. ------------- Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED |

I usually wear my hair up. What other options do I have for putting my hair up besides these bands? Anyone have any creative ideas? Thanx.

You can twist it up and use bobby pins to hold it in place.
