Some of my hair has turned white, but using dyes can turn black hair into white .Can u suggest hair colour which is safe and does not bleach the black hair. Thanks |

the only thing i can think of that will give you that lift is bleach,
bleach,and more bleach. then a violet based toner to remove all of the
yellow pigment that is left over. maybe im just out of the loop tho.
