Ok, so my Lush hair has just arrived (really quickly!) and it looks GORGEOUS.

I ordered 200 tips but I dont think it will be enough?

Although I've heard you don't need as much of this hair than what you will normally use.

But to me, the 200 tips look as though that is HALF than what I would normally install into my hair which is quite thick.

Shall I bother installing it to see what it looks like or would it be a waste :-S How many tips did everyone else use?

Thanks x

I dont know about everyone else, but I installed about 290 tips.My hair is normal to thin density, but its a little longer than chin length.Id say if your hair is as thick as you say,go ahead and order a little bit more hair.I also found I needed that much hair to compensate for the length.Maybe if you are going to wear it shorter you wont need as many tips.HTH

It's 100gram bundles which is just shy of 4oz so a longer length will probably need more for a fuller appearance.

The supplier sent me more dark colors to try and I have to admit it's a lot better than before but there never should have been a problem to begin with. They also packaged it differently for me so there is no shedding at all with the new bundles. Still, I stressed upon these people how important it was to get things correct right from the beginning and the reviews here don't indicate that's what happened.

I said if this wasn't fixed, I'd be dumping the whole line. So if anyone wants a bargain on pretipped hair... http://shrinkies.net/lush.htm - http://shrinkies.net/lush.htm

Oh my. . .the WHOLE line? You must have a replacement in mind. . .I know you amm. . .you're always one step ahead!!

I am wearing a mixture of Lush (dark brown) and His&Her 50% Italian Mink and there is virtually no difference between them. I had one of those batches of the bleeding brown but I just chalked it up to experience.

Anyway - Amm - I just ordered your color ring for the Elite Remy. I was trying to find more info about it on this board; have you posted much about it?

Thanks - Fina

I have not posted too much about it. I'm learning as I go. I personally am wearing the Elite supreme curl now and this hair is on another different level. It comes black and I had to dye it and I have it this rich auburn/golden brown with 18/22 highlights. I'll post a pic when I get a chance. Maybe tonight if I can get back from holiday shopping early. I fixed it up last night and wore it http://www.imagebykimarie.com/img/galeries/fashion/curls_melaney1.jpg - like this . It looked just like that.

The Elite comes in a variety of lines - I am still trying to get to know them all. I'm stating facts about the hair as relayed to me from the supplier and I may be amending information on it as it becomes more clear. The hair is fabulous, though.

Isn't the Elite Remy the same hair as the Softwear hair that Extensions Plus sells?  I thought I heard that rumour....

Hello,

I have been lurking on the board for several months now and this is my first post.  I have purchased quite a bit of LUSH hair and have recently used it on clients.  It has only been 3 weeks and all is well with the hair so far, however, it seems that Amm is dumping the line.

Can others please tell me what their experiences with this hair have been?  Has anyone used it for 2-3 months and been able to reuse it?  I appreciate all of your help!

Amm, you dont happen to have anymore of the LUSH in #4, do you?  I got the 200 bundle and havent installed it yet, but I have really thick hair and am thinking that I may need more!
