Hi-

My name is Jasmine. I went to Salon Bohemia in Brooklyn which was recommended and did go to before (but 7 years ago). Anyway, my midlength wavy/curly hair was destroyed and replaced with the haircut from Janet of Threes Company. I look like a bad replica of someone from the 80s in the East Village. It is really short with bangs and she razored it to make it thinner so now I feel bald. I have never had a bad haircut so I didn't know what to expect. When my friends saw it they said , wow, i'm sorry...so i am not exagerrating! Worse, I just started a job at in PR where image is important, and New Year's is right around the corner. Is there anything I can do? I'm afraid to leave my house! Any advice! I am desperate.

Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that, what did you ask for?

If that's not what you got, you should ask for a refund, a re-style, an alternative treatment, whatever you want to make yourself feel much better...

I don't know that Three's Company programme, but I do know someone called Janet and she has a terrible haircut so maybe it's something about that name (no offence to any other Janets on here!)

Hi Jasmine,

That's awful! I hope your hair has grown a bit since
then! I once went to get my short pixie-cut trimmed at
this cheap place in Manhattan and the guy there
gave me a buzz-cut - that was definitely a bad
moment!

Anyways, I was wondering if you would be interested
in sharing your bad haircut story with the magazine
that I work for? I'm working an article about haircuts
gone awry and your story sounded interesting.
Would you be interested?

Thank you!
Laura
