Do any of you suffer from a sore scalp from wrapping hair on one side of the head or more than one side? If so, how do you relieve it. Do massages help? ------------- 4b-natural,shoulder blade length,hair goal of to my bra strap

Ummm..I'm not sure how you'd get a sore scalp from just wrapping your hair.... Unless maybe you're wrapping it too tight or something. I don't know, princess.. that's a really good question. Massages though would definitely do good if it's sore.------------- ~~  LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!~~

If it hurts too much to touch I wouldn't massage it. Today, I had a sore spot but it went away and i didn't lay a hand on it. I'm not sure why people have them and what they mean when you feel them. ------------- Natural BC May 9, 2004 |

One side of my head has gotten sore from wrapping (I think) so I just stopped wrapping it as much, maybe every few days I would wrap it and give it a rest in between. It would probably help to switch your wrap pattern if you can. I couldn't do that because I can only wrap from right to left, I'm all thumbs trying to wrap the other way  .------------- |
