i recently made the decision to start taking prenatal pills next year for hair growth. I have read different opinions of if they work or not? so has anyone here tried them? If so, how long did it take and were there any side affects from taking them even if you are not pregnant? I really hope this works for me because I think they actually work, even though some say it is the hormones you have when you are pregnant. PLEASE HELP! I'm looking for a miracle here!

IMO, prenatals vitamins are not what increases hair growth in pregnant women, it is the hormonal change in the body. Taking the vits doesn't increase hair growth... the main difference in prenatal & regular multi vits are the iron & folic acid content. Now if you are deficient in these areas you may see some improvement, but they're not a "hair growth" vitamin.

| really? well ive heard that before, but ive also heard that it does increase hair growth and give you clear skin. someone once told me that professional cheerleaders actually take them like the dallas cowboys or rockets cheerleaders. when i heard that and other people talk about how they work, i became curious. but thanks for your reply! |
