I just picked one up at Sally's I think it was 3.99 and you can buy refill blades for it.

Any beauty supply store should carry them. Im not really sure that more expensive ones are any better than the less expensive ones....I think the main thing is always using a sharp blade

I bought a razor from Sallys in the Uk for £40 but found it a nightmare to use as it seemed to go blunt very easily  then i bought a £6 one and it works like a charm.

Has anyone tried the "heat" razors? My stylist used one on my hair.... it
didn't have a blade, it used heat to cut the hair. (Think of the cauterizing
scalpels surgeons use today, it's the same kinda thing but for hair.) Are
they any better? No blades to replace, that's probably a nice benefit, and
my stylist said that the heat razor didn't damage the ends as much as
regular razors can.

I love my Feather razor.  It's a professional one where you also can refill the blades.  Feather razors are more expensive, since they are geared for professional costing about $30-40.  They are way better than cheaper ones, in my opinion.

However, for the occasional use by the non-professional, a cheap razor from Sally's will work ok.
