i need help to get my hair back to a nice looking..normal color.
these are the steps that where taken to my hair the past few days.

platinum blonde added to the top
with hot pink ontop of that
got sick of the pink
tried to cover it
keeps coming through
tried to put black over it
was afraid of it turning grey over the blonde
then i put a deep brown/auburn ontop so it wouldnt turn grey.
now its purpleish. with blackish and some orange spots.
i really need help on how to fix this. i seriously wont leave the house like this! its hideous.

Try getting some Colorfix, I'm afraid you'll have to leave the house.  Put a hat on dear.  It may take three applications.  STRAND TEST prior to doing the entire head, because I don't know what dyes you have used.  As long as they are permanent, you should be able to get the color out.  What color do you want to end up with?

the dyes ive used, are the herbal essences bleach blonde (minus the bleach, there wasnt any in it). some color rays by loreal (for the fushia/red) then straight black (by some brand, i think loreal) then some auburn/dark red brown color by loreal i think.
the color i want to end up with, what i had before i messed up dying it. of course i'd have to redye it to get it that way, i just want to get to a color that i can dye over, that makes my hair really kind of one base color.

Were these colors permanent or just temporary?  Try using some Tide regular without bleach if they were just temporary.  If that doesn't do it, then try the Colorfix.  As long as you haven't used Feria, I think the colorfix might just work.  Just strand test prior to doing the entire head.  Remember that black is pretty hard to get out.  You might only end up getting a dark blonde color.  If you use the Colorfix and can only get the hair to appear orangey, then dark ash blonde might fix it.  Good luck and please strand test prior to doing the entire head.

Colorfix first--may take three applications

Then redye the entire head with a dark or medium ash blonde, depending on what color your hair appears after the Colorfix...feel free to pm me if you don't get a timely response, ok?

Why is Feria harder to remove?
My mum's used that for years...

I've heard it's got a direct dye, which makes it difficult to "disolve" the color from the hair.

That's interesting to know...is it the only one of it's kind that you know of?
