Now everyone.. please don't hurt me  .. but I have a question.  I KNOW that the pink products are not supposed to be good, because they sit on top of the hair.  What if the hair is all ready moisturized though?  I remember a day far back when.. I had used my wave nouveau moisturizing lotion then I put an teenie tiny bit of pink over my hair.  When I woke up... my hair was sooo moisturized!  Do you think it would work if I put a teenie tiny bit of it over my hair after I moisturize it?  Since it sits on top of the hair, wouldn't it in essence lock in moisture?  I feel like all the product I use does not good, because an hour or two later my hair feels soo dry and crunchy (like a crunchy taco LOL).  I am planning on trying this tomorrow night after my co wash... do you think if I did this I would get adverse affects after a while, or do you think since I will be using it AFTER I moisturize and since I will be using such a SMALL amount, it will be okay?  What do you all think??

Of course it would lock in moisture if the hair is already moisturized BUT it's hard to get out (you need to clarify to remove all of it) and will build up on you and create dry hair if you use it regularly.

Some people have success with things that contain mineral oil/petroleum.  Some people use pressing creams, greases and all of that and have hair that is long and beautiful.  I personally stay away from these kinds of products, but I am aware that they work for some.

Maybe it'll work for you.  Then again, you may be like me and it'd be horrible on your hair.  Only you really know your hair.

Also, not ALL of the pink products are bad.

I like their conditioner and one of their gels.  Maybe they've got other good stuff that I haven't tried.

I plan on using a clarifying shampoo twice a month.  Do you think that is enough to remove all the pink oil product?  I plan in using a very small amount when needed to seal in moisture.

It could be.

Everyone's hair is different.  I'm sure that you don't pour the pink lotion all oover your head or anything like that

If you have good results and you like the product, don't let me stop you!

Just watch out for any dryness and you'll hopefully catch fast it if it's going to do any damage to you.

If the product works for you than I would say go ahead.  I have used hair lotions on my hair and I didn't get the results that everyone was talking about. Just make sure you don't add alot and like Coconutshy said, make sure to clarify.

I hate their products, but if they really work for you and give you the results you want, by all means, use them.
