What is your favorite styling product that helps shape your hair? Please note if the products contain petroleum or mineral oil.

I recently cut layers in my hair and so I am having a hard time smoothing my hair into a bun....I don't use any styling products except a mix of John frieda's Cream and pomade when my hair is down but I don't do this on the regular. Any tips?

Fantasia IC gel with sparklelites.  No petroleum or mineral oil.  It's a good gel, with aloe vera.

Are you talking about a product for like putting your hair back in a ponytail?  For this I use Fantasia IC gel and recently started using Qhemet's Honeybuse tea gel.  Both have great shine, my hair just sparkles.  The Fantasia has a more firm hold and the Qhemet is a really soft hold and I have had no product build up from it.

Lol, I have spikes and fuzz.  I got mine at CVS and I think Sally's carries it also, but there's a rumor going around the boards that Sally's won't be selling it anymore.  It's a good gel though.

ITA, that's the best gel I've come across, forget Let's Jam! and any of that other mess lol, it's non-alcoholic too and it REALLY doesn't flake.
