CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RECOMMEND A GOOD PROFFESIONAL ION HAIRDRYER THAT HAS A LOW HEAT SETTING?

......the E L C H I M is GREAT but expensive. it have high heat settins...low heat settings...medium heat settings..cold dry...warm...etc. top salons use it on celebs. i have it :) and it works awesome. well if you know how to use it correct!
