yeah man, watch that language. jes be patient. everything isnt jes gonna be handed to you. you have to give good advice on a consistant basis. you gotta lead the pack. work extra hard. be the first person to respond to some topics. give so much info, that other ppl find it hard to even find anything else to say b/c you basically covered the question by urself. u may not know it, but u are being noticed/watched. the VETS as well as BIGGMike notice when someone is steppin their game up. -------------
