Date Posted: January 17 2006 at 1:03pm I just start taking propecia recently.  I wonder if anyone has taken for a while.  Do you notice any improvement? I came accross Saw Palmetto and it seems to be a natural alternative to propecia in order to inhabit DHT.  Is it better to switch from propecia to Saw Palmetto?  Is it possible to use both together to maximize the effect? Please help!  I am only 24 and notice hair thinning and receding hair line! Replies: Posted By: Kindofcurly Date Posted: June 29 2006 at 10:38pm Beware, Saw Palmetto seems to actually increase hair loss in some ppl, I'd stick with propecia only, I heard it's the best out there but like they say, if you don't experience any benefits after 6 months to an year of taking it you better stop cause it's not having effect on you.. but it works on 3 out of 4 ppl so there a good chance it will for you. Good luck.
